A vegetarian

First of all, if you were a vegetarian, you are thinner, therefore without weight problems. In addition, to be vegetarian is healthier because you are fit. Besides, they are more ecology and they don’t kill animals.

On the other hand you can have lack of proteins and you aren’t so energetic. On the contrary, we can burn overweight doing exercise. Moreover, if you live in cold areas, to eat meat and fish are absolutely necessary to valance the body temperature.

In a nut shell, from my point of view to be extremely vegetarian is really vital problem, because there is a lot of lack if you follow an exclusive vegetarian diet.
